I woke up last night with the urge to die.
Like, I don’t know what happened to me.
I’m waiting for my mom to get home with the dog so I can go for a walk.
Maybe that’ll help make me feel better.

This is my friend, James. He lost his weight counting calories and jogging. It took him 8 months to lose the weight. I am not sure if I have any male followers, but even as a female, he is hugely inspirational to me. xx

This isnt one of those inspirational photos and I’m sorry for that. I just want to have this on my blog because it tells who I am and why I’m here.
I’ve dealt with depression/self hate/self harm/anxiety/food related problems for as long as I can remember. I thought what I was going through was normal, that everyone felt the same way, did the same things. Bur i guess now. I’m not the type of person to ask for help so I just let my emotions run my life. it wasn’t until last year when I tried to run away that I got a wake up call.
This really nice police officer picked me up on the high way and saw my scars/ cuts(it was +20°C so I didn’t have a sweater on), he was really nice to me, he asked if it was a “bad day” and if that’s why I was leaving, but I refused to talk, he ended up forcing me I get into his car and drive me back to my town straight to the hospital where I was admitted because I was a danger to myself, I spent a two weeks in the hospital, one of which I didn’t talk at all, my mom and sister went through my Facebook/Email. they found out everything. i was angry and wanted nothing to do with them, once I was discharged from my local hospital I was flown to a mental health ward 5 hours away to be evaluated.
I didn’t want help though, I didnt want to get better, so I faked being happy, I told them I was happy, I told them I wanted to go home, once the mandatory 5 days was up, I was released. things actually got better, I went about 7 months without any form of self injury, but then it just went to shit when the self hatred set in again, things today are worse. i haven’t gone a day without some form of self injury, and I don’t even know why. I should be happy, but im not. I hate who I am, I hate myself and I want everyone to hate me too. I’ve pushed everyone away. I cant even remember what being happy feels like. thats why im here, that’s why I’m doing this
I want to be happy. I want to be proud to show my scars, I want to be everything I thought I wasn’t
I dont want my depression to keep me from my happiness.
