Every time you feel like you want to cut, just get a pen and write out all those spiralling thoughts onto your arm/body.Once you’ve finally think you have calmed down and the cutting thoughts are gone, go for a bath in the dark with just candles as light and wash off the words. Watch them disappear slowly.

I wish I thought of this before I destroyed my body..
